More praise for our customer service

We always do our best to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. As we are only human, mistakes do happen from time to time, but we always do our best to resolve our queries as soon as possible.

Just a short note to confirm that I have today returned incorrect collar to yourselves as promised. The correct collar has arrived and is fine. Thank You for your excellent service.
